”Marguerite was a welcoming and helpful host. She has done a great job of making the accessible room truly accessible! My only wish would be for a handrail for the small ramp leading to the main entrance. Arianna made us a delicious breakfast every morning before we started our day. The location is only a few blocks from the beach and a few minutes from Old San Juan. The property is just beautiful and has maintained the island charm. We enjoyed our stay!”

”This apartment was perfect in every way! It was decorated beautifully, the yard was gorgeous with fruit trees everywhere! It was comfortable and very clean for our party of three. Minutes from the beach, the popular strip to go out, and about 15 minutes from old San Juan. We were provided with beach towels which was helpful! Overall, this place is beautiful and has everything you need!”

”I had a terrible experience staying at this hotel. The room had roaches, which made it feel dirty and completely unacceptable. I contacted the renter immediately, but they were unresponsive and offered no help or solution during my stay. I expected a clean, safe place to stay, but instead I had to deal with pests and poor customer service. The lack of communication and concern for guests made the situation even worse. ”I did love staying here, cons and pros below if you are interested! Cons: -The only major negative I have is not having large mats/room carpets down or providing a few washable ones as an option (which I understand it’s an ease for cleaning) but the inside tracked in so much sand and dirt and was EXTREMELY slippery when wet, especially the outside bathroom area, outside of the single small bathroom towel mat! Be very careful in the bathroom as the water from the shower will get everywhere...

”The staff was excellent from the time of check in to check out! (Chris was exceptional and took his time to talk about the island). The room thay we booked was small room- which we wanted- and was clean and had a great shower. They have mini fridge in the room and even a little freezer. Location was directly across from a market so that was helpful. Would stay here again!”
