”The property was beautiful. Felt very very safe. I was traveling with two of my friends and we loved our suit. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We had our own washer and dryer, the air conditioning was super cool which was awesome because the weather was very hot. Our room was gorgeous. I will definitely be staying here again”

”The apartment itself was clean and well designed. Please note that the garbage bins are located on the side of the building and the smell permeates the entire terrace which made it impossible to use during out stay. The area is noisey and the walls are thin so you can hear everything. Also the wifi was not reliable not sure if its because we were sharing the same router with other guests in the other apartments. ”

”This was the 3rd time staying at Tropica Beach Hotel. The place felt like I walked into a spa in Bali. Jessica at the front desk was so welcoming and she remembered me when ai stayed during Christmas last year. The room walking in had relaxing music playing and it transported me to a tropical escape. The restaurant amd pool on property are top notch! The hotel is EXCEPTIONAL in EVERY WAY!”

”Apparently there’s a power issue in the second and third floor, which is where we stayed and no one told us anything about it. We lost power multiple times in our floor and no one came to say anything or no attempt to reach out to us was made. By the time we left we couldn’t speak to a manager cuz no one was available.”

”Standard room is tiny and offers no privacy for your partner but ok for a single person. Stayed on third floor and the elevator landed about 4 inches below the third floor level. This must be an ongoing issue because there was a sign in the elevator saying to watch your step. Staff was friendly and breakfast omelet was great. There is a market across the street that offered anything you could need. Located a few blocks from public beach access.”

”My son and I had an excellent stay at the hotel!. It is only blocks away from the beach and walkable to many of the places that was on my list to visit. Conveniently accessible to Old San Juan via uber (under $10). I would definitely recommend and stay again!”

”We liked it! Very friendly and helpful staff. Beach very near. Easy acces by bus from the airport and cost only 75 cents. Breakfast was not so good. Room was okay, but the bed a bit small. Tip: on Loiza st go to La cueva del Mar. Excellent fish tacos!! Try their avocado sauce. We loved it.”

”Beautiful, relaxing, atmospheric boutique-like hotel. Clean and friendly place with quality customer service. Everything decorated beautifully, including our room with efficient air conditioning and a private little terrace with hammock and a shower (!). Wifi worked fast through the hotel. Common kitchen area with fridge. Located in upscale neighbourhood with 2 min walk to the beach. Little longer walk to the services. Only thing I didn't like was the 3-course breakfast.
