”I can’t believe I had a student at Northwestern tor 4 years and didn’t discover this place until the end! Great space, great location!”

”This Hilton Garden Inn stands out for its convenient location and friendly staff. They were very accommodating when we asked for a roll away bed last minute. Good place if visiting Northwestern”

”Not a great stay, unfortunately. While the location is nice, the hotel looks a bit dated - the full-floor carpeting or something else causes the place to smell mouldy. My shower only had one mode, which was a hard spray, and my toilet clogged up twice in a 3 day stay.”

”Very friendly staff. Clean property. Surprisingly good breakfast amenities. Parking was easy.”

”This B&B is absolutely worth visiting due to the breakfast. If you are tired of those standard hotel breakfasts visit this place and you'll be happy. Rooms are rather normal and the general spaces are full of "collector's" stuff, don't let that disturb you (ok the weightlifter statue might get the cr** out of you if you stay in the room next to that) .. breakfast is the thing why you come here (you'll get a 5* breakfast in this place). Staff is extremely nice (enjoyed discussing with them a lot)...

”The check in was the fastest I've ever experienced. Key card in hand and walking away in under 2 minutes. Room was perfect and shower pressure was excellent. Not very often do I find a hotel room with high pressure.”

”What an absolutely remarkable place! It genuinely feels as though a beautiful piece of historic Italy has been transported into this Chicago neighborhood. The architecture, thoughtfully selected ornate decor, warmth, and attention to detail create an atmosphere that is both elegant and incredibly welcoming. This is not simply a place to stay. It is an experience. And then there is Gina! Her hospitality is in a class of its own. From preparing a wonderful breakfast to serving homemade banana...

”Excellent hotel. Fairly new, excellent condition. The breakfast was good, and if you visit the hotel, do visit the rooftop bar (reservation recommended)!”

”Täydellinen huone”

”Shortly after I booked the room I received an email from the property. It was about the deposit which I was expecting. However they changed their method of payment from what they had in the listing (PayPal) to Zelle. I wouldn't have minded paying it by PayPal however paying by Zelle gives you no recourse whatsoever if something goes wrong. After going back and forth with Expedia and the property they decided that they were going to uphold their no refunds policy even though it was a bait and...

”I stayed at hotel for halloweeen and the elevator stopped working and I had to take 9 flights of store to the lobby nobody notified the guest or anything letting us know what was going on … will not be staying there again”

”Compared to other hotels in its class, the service here is top-notch. The room decor isn't overly traditional, featuring prominent details and a clean, cozy atmosphere that feels like home. The pricing is fair, and the location is excellent. Traveling is effortless thanks to the hotel's one-mile shuttle service, and privacy is exceptional (we had a balcony room on the 19th floor). Overall great stay.”
