A beautiful, modern 60 m² cottage, recently renovated in a former farmhouse near Colmar. The cottage is upstairs (about 15 steps), ideally located on the famous wine route.



It features 2 bedrooms, each with a 140x190 cm double bed, a 220x240 cm duvet, and pillows. There is a bathroom with a large shower, washing machine, and hairdryer, a separate toilet, and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, extractor hood, toaster, fridge-freezer, pod coffee maker and classic coffee maker, kettle, etc.). The living room offers a large 127 cm TV, WiFi, fan, and there is an outdoor area with table and chairs. Parking is easy right in front of the cottage.



Pets are not allowed.

The cottage is on the wine route just outside Colmar, in the heart of Alsace. Nearby, you can explore the region’s most beautiful villages: Ammerschwihr, Kayserberg (voted France’s favorite village 2017), Eguisheim, Turckheim, Ribeauvillé, as well as many tourist sites and castles. Close to ski resorts (Lac Blanc and Schnepfenried) and various Christmas markets. All amenities are nearby: bakery, butcher, supermarket, doctor, tobacconist, pharmacy, etc.
