”What a great place. The owners were friendly and greeted us with chocolate chip cookies. The room was super clean and the grounds well taken care of. You can tell the owners take pride in their property. There was a bar/grill next door with a gorgeous view of the ocean, a convenience store next to that and I'll will stay with them next time we go thru San Simeon. This place is a gem and highly recommend staying here.”

I was pleasantly surprised by the inside and outside appearance and the comfort of the room. I loved having the balcony and soaking tub at the end of a day of hiking.
