”Room was clean, the staff was amazing, we have 3 kids, they had a little hard time adjusting to the altitude, we had arrived earlier but check-in was not till @12, Roger the manager and his stuff had problem letting us go to our room to rest, Julian was also amazing always helping us for breakfast and anything we needed it, love the place and the staff, definitely will be back, such a great experience!!”

”Amazing hotel and hospitality! Highly recommend. The landscape is beautiful! The staff Lorena was super nice. It’s close to the main town about 10 minute drive and the hotel will call you a taxi when needed. Beautiful place in Sacred Valley”

”This hotel is exceptionally beautiful. I have never stayed in a place so intentional with its design, from the art pieces to the garden to the rounded corners. I stayed in the room with the hot tub and felt like I was in a space ship. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a stay that you will never forget. ”

”It was a beautiful place, lovely to relax in, service was excellent, love the gardeners, love the llamas (or alpacas - unclear), lovely jacuzzi. Could fit twelve people or six alpacas in the jacuzzi and still have room to do laps.
Unfort we were incredibly incapable of temperature regulation (possibly our fault). The dome became a whole greenhouse during the day and outside was somehow too cold unless you were in the jacuzzi. Also the drinking water situation was a challenge - BYOW. ”
