”I appreciated the full attention of the receptionist when checking in. Another staff member arrived and politely and patiently waited until the receptionist had finished checking me in, before she spoke to the receptionist I commended both staff on that. It’s a little thing but it was enough to make me feel valued as a guest. ”

”Most amazing shower and water pressure in rooms , close to shops if needed There is a large hill if staying at Wesley hospital but Ubers and cabs were close to help if u couldn’t get up the hill , coming down hill was fine - bit of road noise but highly recommend if u have someone having surgery at Wesley can’t get much closer ”
