âCould give a room 2 bars of soap instead of just 1. Chair in room was so old there were no springs left and you sunk down so far. Would have liked a room on the top floor so not to hear the noise of the people above, they never sat down and clumped along like Big Foot till midnight. Because we had a 15 lb little dog we had to be in the bottom level. Our dog is much quieter than kids running around.â

âThe room was very nice and CLEAN! The staff was consistently helpful and accommodating. I had my service dog with me and they respected him and made us all welcome. The Buffet Breakfast that came with the room was awesome! We had a room that was easy access and I really appreciated that. I would stay here again!â

âUp charged a significant amount for the weekend. Overflowing garbage bins were right outside the door, making it so windows couldnât be opened due to the smell. Poorly maintained. The room had multiple plastered holes in the wall. The furniture was stained and dirty. Every step and movement from upstairs could be heard in the room.â

âComfortable and well equipped lower level suite with large windows, excellent for a quiet stay in Red Deer. Clean and conveniently located. We were in the city for an event at Red Deer Polytechnic and it only took us 10 minutes to drive there. Very accessible to the shopping in south Red Deer, and to the Westerner. Oksana was very quick to respond to my emails. I will be back if I need to be overnight in RD again. â
