”The Landing Hotel is a good basic hotel. The rooms are dated but clean and comfortable. The location is about 2 miles from downtown Ketchikan but convenient to grocery stores, the airport, float plane services and the Alaska Marine Hwy Ferry. The diner in the hotel provides hearty breakfast options. ”

”Hottel Gal was very unhelpful, I got in early requested to check in early and was told I couldn't when i checked the internet site it showed that she could have checked me in. I ended up sitting in lobby for 4 hours. Overall, the place was not very well kept. Room was rundown, and musty. Bathroom hasn't been fixed up in a decade, lots of stains and worn-out floors, tub, and room in general was low budget. Very noisy, from guests, car alarms going off. ”Nice location from the ferry terminal to the airport but bus is needed from downtown. Local grocery is next to the hotel. Room is clean and enough spacious. Kitchen is convenient but no kitchenware for cooking.”
