”The place was clean, staff was helpful. We were scheduled to have an ADA room with a roll in shower, at first we were given a different room. ”Worst hotel stay of my life after 40 years of traveling the world. Simply appalling. No parking for guests so we the hotel charged us 65.00 for a nearby lot. After a miserable 45 minutes of walking several blocks with all our stuff finally get to our room and the front desk did not give us any keys in our check in folder. ”Disappointed with this hotel. It looked a lot nicer on the photos and for over $200 per night I expected a lot more. It wasn’t very clean - the bathroom in particular (the floor below the shower is straight up dirty), the carpet could also use a clean. I was surprised that there was no conditioner - all hotels offer it now. The air conditioning is super loud, and you can hear the cars from the road outside the hotel constantly. Lastly, I was surprised to receive a pack n play as the baby crib...
