”The building was beautiful and the room was nice and big. The view looking out is absolutely gorgeous. The view also in the back is amazing. Unfortunately, their breakfast did not match The view. Also, we thought the breakfast was complimentary and even then I wouldn't have eaten it, but I didn't realize we were getting charged even for the breakfast for how bad it was. ”The hotel and staff were great. We drove a car to the hotel… it was a little confusing on approaching the hotel. The road in front of the hotel looked closed so we went around the block a couple times until we noticed that you could drive to the check-in. Breakfast was great! Bed was comfortably. Pillows were flat. Parking was easy once the staff explained where to park, Overall 5 star experience. ”

”We were able to check in early, and to our surprise, our rooms were upgraded to family suites, which was much appreciated given my wife’s mobility needs. My wife stopped by the front desk to ask about the route route to Lauterbrunnen, Mürren, and the Schilthorn. A little later, there was a knock on our door — Judit from the front desk came by and walked us through a clear, step-by-step plan for the journey. It was thoughtful and took the guesswork out of the morning. ”

”very nice views from balcony. it's a nice property a short walk to downtown, about 5-10 minutes.”

”I received an upgrade to a superior room which was spacious with dual aspects that gave pleasing views. The furnishings were showing wear, but the bed was large and comfortable. The bathroom appeared new with a good shower and well appointed. Breakfast buffet provided plenty of choice and good quality, and an outdoor terrace with a garden was a plus. Finally, staff were friendly and eager to please.”

”It’s located right cross the street of Interlaken west station, which is on Main Street. You can find many restaurants, shopping but on same time it’s very quite. Rooms are very clean, modern and sizes are pretty spacious. We loved stay there. All staffs are very friendly and helpful. ”

”While the room and building was full of character and history, it was also well-equipped with plenty of space and storage for travellers. The common room for guests had snacks, tea, and coffee, as well as a large fridge. The location is great, a few minutes walk to Interlaken West station and very close to a convenience store. There's a bakery just next to the building and the Interlaken Flagship shop is just down the road.”

”Palvelu tosi hyvää heti ensihetkestä alkaen. Huone iso ja loistavat näköalat vuoristoon parvekkeilta. Aamupala laadukas ja hotellin sijainti tosi hyvä.Pimeällä huoneen valaistus olisi saanut olla parempi, mutta muuten kaikki tosi hyvin. Lähtöpäivänä saimme pitää huonetta pari tuntia pitempään ja se oli meidän aikatauluille tosi hyvä.”
