”Clean rooms”

”Clean room. Clean lobby. Nice staff. Breakfast was good. Hallways dirty, trash by elevators not taken out for the 3 days we were there. ”

”No breakfast at this location they said since covid, this location cost more than others in the area with Breakfast. Front desk sells coke and other drinks, but had to use a credit card for a $5 purchase not cash. Stayed two nights no room cleaning or new paper cups in the room for coffee. The heating system didn't work properly in the room.”

”Breakfast was great. Pool was cold and hot tub jets had no power at all. Toilet leaked on the floor, faucet was loose and moved around. No ice in the ice machine. No TV channel menu so was very hard to navigate. Probably won't recommend to anyone. ”

”Clean rooms, relatively up to date furnishings, breakfast is brought to your room and included. Beautiful views of the beach, nice common spaces to gather. Overall both times I’ve stayed here it has been a fantastic experience!”

”The property was clean and staff was very helpful. Pool was clean and warm. The room did not seem to be vacuumed but clean other then that. The shower head was terrible. Good pressure but sprayed in multiple directions. Breakfast was delivered to our door and was delicious. ”

”I expected it to be nicer comparatively speaking from past stays at other Indigo Hotels. There was a giant water stain on the ceiling of our room. The Fire place didn’t work in the room. For the price, you would think that they would at least have a complimentary pot of coffee available in the lobby. Instead everything had to be purchased in the hotel restaurant!”

”Room was wonderful with the fireplace and jacuzzi tub. Curtains and bedding was a bit outdated. Overall a nice place for a weekend getaway ”

”Everything is great. They are our favorite in TC. However, I think the rooms arw due for a makeover. They seem to be getting a little shoddy. It to be expected in a high turnover area like TC. But the bathrooms are starting to look a little rough.”
