”Paint peeling in the celling of bathroom to the extent of it falling off onto the floor & the staff forgot to put the crib in our room (after we called and confirmed with them the day prior the crib would be available) then when we arrived they had none left... luckily they called a manger to go buy us one and they were fairly quick about it.
