”All was excelent ”

”The staff was very nice and helpful. I brought up concerns about stays on my pillows which the hotel staff switched out pretty quickly. Breakfast is not included with the stay. You’ll get a breakfast voucher if you choose to eat there, which I wish I would’ve been told at check in and not when I had a plate in my hand trying to serve my small child. ”

”The elevator was not working and we were not made aware. Our room was on the third floor so it was a bit of an inconvenience going up the stairs with our luggage. ”

”Overall, everything was fine; however, there were several hairs in the shower and some stuck to the wall. They were so obvious that whoever did the cleaning couldn't have missed them.”

The room layout felt unusual because our room was downstairs but the stairs inside led up to the actual room, which felt a little strange to us. There were also a few maintenance issues. The doorknob on the restroom door was broken off, and the closets had no lighting, which made it difficult to see our belongings. ”The first time I stayed there was back in February, and for some reason they ask for cash deposit wich I think it’s fine but I forgot to ask for it that time, this month I went back to this place to stay and ask about my deposit , I was told I would get an answer the next day wich I didn’t, they wait until I left to tell me I was not getting this money back because it was been deposited to the hotel account already since I didn’t go back do it in time, I ask them why they didn’t call to let me...

”Siempre Me quedo en este hotel, en esta ultima estancia el cuarto se sentía demasiado húmedo, éramos 4 personas y solo dejaron dos toallas, ademas de que en la tina de baño no se iba el agua aun y cuando no estaba tapado, el check in fue extremadamente rápido y la atención del chico de recepción fue excelente”
