”Arrived a little late due to train stoppages from protests. Check in was nice and easy. Room was on the 5th floor, no elevator, so it’s a climb. But it’s good for you. Rooms are small but very nice and manageable. They have hairdryers if you ask. They had hair soap and bar soap. Bed was comfy. No ac or heat but didn’t matter it was still cool. ”On the morning of October 1st we were caught in a heavy downpour at Machu Picchu and ended up completely soaked. Even though we had already checked out, we went back to the Inkaterra front desk in the afternoon to ask for help. The two ladies and one gentleman who received us were absolutely wonderful — warm, attentive, and very efficient.
