”Very clean room and nice off street parking will stay again.”

”Basic hotel in a very nice area. Liked the pool area and sunbeds. Very price for what you get. Not that officiant cleaning. We found previous guests sock on the floor when arriving. Breakfast full of sugar. ”

”Very friendly host, and staff at the building was phenomenal. I had just gotten a surgery on my knee and every time I came in, they was very attentive and made sure I got to my room safe and secure. The room itself was exactly like the pictures. It was Clean and came with lots of amenities. We had a slight issue with 2 of the tvs in the condo but when notified it was rectified promptly. My only other issue was although parking was free, the parking bay for that particular condo was so far away...

”The property was immaculate. The manager was very attentive and the front desk was very friendly. Highly recommended.”

”Property has a lot of wear but there was a good attempt to make it clean. Several things were missing or broken. The living area had one large window with no blinds. Property is convenient but check in is confusing. Mattresses are terrible.”

”La atención y la limpieza, el servicio es impecable”

”Third floor, elevator not working. Cold at night, couldn’t get the heating to work. Old apartment. The area was nice and has a Parking spot. Nice beach quite close.”

”Staff was amazing”

”there was a problem with the faucets and could not take a shower, we've reported this since 1st day and they've sent personal to check on saturday and after that said they can't fix because they need building authorization they came back on monday just one day before we leave”

”What a fabulous location and a wonderful boutique hotel option. The service and friendliness of the management team cannot be overstated. They were amazing. I would return in a heartbeat.”

”I’m usually very picky with hotels, but this is genuinely one of the best hotels I’ve ever been to. Staff are incredible, facilities and rooms are beautiful. If I come back to Miami, will definitely be staying here again. Thank you Maison Felix!!”
