”Getting there - They have a shuttle that runs to and from the airport. It runs when there are planes to meet. Good location, you can walk to many things in town. Drug store (with ice cream counter) next door. There is a grocery store a few blocks away. The hotel restaurant was very good. I enjoyed the halibut on pasta and it was very good. If you want to go to the Fortress of the Bears, plan on taking the "Blue" bus. $2 per person, $1 for seniors each way. Catch it at the marina which is a few...

”I was only at Longliner one night before a cruise departure from Sitka. Kevin greeted me at the airport and drove me to the cruise departure spot. The location allows you to walk to town. Wonderful hospitality. Give it a try. Only negative, the restaurant was not open. But the quick walk to town opened up multiple options. ”
