”This is the perfect lodging for your stay in Ischia. It's a short drive from the Ischia marina, where the ferry drops you off, but the public bus (less than 3€ a ride) is right outside of the hotel to get you back to the Ischia Marina where there are countless bars and restaurants, as well as the main shopping on the island, or to Fario where you unlock another world of the island. So convenient! The hotel staff themselves are so accommodating, as well. The staff during our stay didn't speak...

”Very basic hotel, very affortable, mainly targeted for retired Italians coming to bath and therapy. Good looking hotel and nice pool and environment, but low level of service. Airconditioner wasn't working in one of our rooms, breakfast assortment was quite narrow and the hotel wine in the pool bar was awful.”

”Io e mia Moglie siamo arrivati abbastanza presto; subito ben accolti. Il parcheggio era occupato ci hanno fatto subito posto e accompagnato in camera aiutandoci con i bagagli. Ci hanno offerto di fare colazione anche se all'arrivo non era compresa nel costo.
Il tempo di disfare i bagagli e già eravamo immersi nelle acque termali della piscina coperta. Abbiamo provato anche un po d'idromassaggio e di sauna.Dopo una doccia calda abbiamo iniziato le nostre cure termali, fanghi e massaggi che...

”We began our stay in Ischia recuperating from the trip at Samiramis. We moved Albergo Macri as a home base for day trips around Ischia and to Naples, Pozzuoli and the Amalfi Coast. We were very conveniently located to take ferries and buses for those day trips. There is an excellent restaurant just down the block, and many more around the port and further into Ischia Porto. The owners were very hospitable. Excellent value.

”Such a beautiful, relaxing place, in an amazing setting. The gardens are fabulous, not just the cactus garden but all the different fruits and flowers, with peacocks wandering around, it was magical. There is a lovely cafe/restaurant, only downside it wasnt open every day for dinner but that wasnt a problem for us, as there are eateries within walking distance or a short bus ride away. The staff were lovely and very special and we had the most amazing massage. We cannot speak highly enough of...

”This is a really cute bed and breakfast hosted by a master veteran of the hotel concierge world, Mario. He made breakfast everyday himself and served us beautiful espresso. He is also super knowledgeable about Ischia and area (including ferry schedules which was incredibly relevant to us!). ”Erittäin hyvä sijainti (rauhallinen ja lähellä merta), taitaa olla Caprin paras. Näkymät ovat upeat. Erinomainen lisä, että saa käyttää viereisen sisarhotellin Miramare e Castellon palveluita, erityisesti sen hiekkarantaa ja aurinkoterassia. Meressä uinti oli helppoa ja miellyttävää. Sen vierestä oli kätevää ottaa venetaksi lähipaikkojen rantoihin ja ravintoloihin. Itse kävimme Gardenia Maressa, joka osoittautui elämykseksi sekä venematkan, maisemien, palvelun että ruoan osalta. Sille 5 tähteä....
