”It would’ve been great if the place actually exist! I followed the directions into an ocean. There was nothing but bricks on a dirt road with half built tarp structure buildings with no windows or roofsand three people tried to rob me. There was no access to go any further so therefore, the place does not exist. I want a refund.”

”Everything was great! Despite all the reviews, the food was AMAZING! The service great! The only thing i would make a note of was they have a bird named Coco and if she doesn’t like you, she’ll chase you! (First hand experience) but overall, 10/10 would recommend!!!”

”Could get most alcoholic drinks. There was a wait sometimes at the pool bar to get our mixed drinks. I think the had to get them from the main bar. Always served with a smile”

Nous avons passé 2 jours dans cet établissement : -Aucun nettoyage dans les chambres ( poulet , plastique....en dessous des lits) -Il faut reclamer pour obtenir de l eau et de l Électricité -le groupe electrogene peut fonctionner jusqu a 4 heure du matin -probleme de communication / ils ont voulu nous faire payer 2x - le petit déjeuner (inclu) n est jamais arrivé Point positif : face a la mer L établissement est toujours en travaux.... ”

”Staff was amazing. I think they are the best part of this hotel. Multiple issues with room, changed three times. The first did not have the view that we PAID for, the second's shower overflowed into the bathroom, could not be fixed, the third room’s bed was not clean. We slept in urine and blood that was not ours. Needless to say, cleaning the bed was the least that they could do. This turned me off from this resort alone and for this, I will never return. The food was good, Portofino was...
