”We absolutely loved this property! Frank , our host was VERY attentive to any requests and was super accomodating. The property had all of needs covered...and was super clean and comfortable. It was easy to catch a cab/bus in front of the property and a quick walk to to the grocery store. We would def stay again!”

”This unit is very spacious, has phenomenal views, very clean, and is beautifully decorated. The bed was very comfortable along with the dining room chairs. The rooftop views and jacuzzi tub provided hours of entertainment. ”The location was great and the apartment was clean, the only negative thing I would say is the bed and pillows are crazy uncomfortable but you kind of get what you pay for it was super cheap and there is no designated parking spot so sometimes you have to park around the block since parking close to the entrance was full a lot of times. ”The property was clean and the pool was prefect for cool off! I walked to the downtown area daily, about 2 miles, but very enjoyable. Chedraui was right around the corner. There was parking available if you rented a golf cart too. Overall a great place to stay!”

”We stayed for a week in July 2025 in a one bedroom/studio apartment with a rooftop pool. The VRBO pictures are accurate, but don’t really do justice to the space. The entire building is new. En la master bedroom no se pueden subir las cortinas blackout,una no sirve el cordon y la otra ni siquuera lo tiene. La caja fuerte no tenia baterias y no se pudo usar. ”This was a wonderful property to stay at for our family. Location was amazing - away from the busy hub of tourists and daily visitors from Cancun, the place is very spacious and clean, and the views are breathtaking. It’s a perfect place to disconnect from daily life and enjoy the beauty and sound of the waves. The hosts are very communicative and accommodating.
