”Loved our stay at SLS. All of the staff were amazing especially the bartenders in the Monkey Bar and in the pool bar. The staff bringing drinks on the beach were amazing as well and work so hard. The sand was great, the lounge chairs were fantastic and plentiful. Not a resort where you have to get up at 6am and save spots. Also, no towel cards, amazing and please never change it. The food at Ziggys was amazing, best guacamole ever. The booked restaurants were hit and miss, the Mexican food...

The beachfront at Punta Blanca is postcard-perfect, and the staff? Absolute gold—kind, quick, genuinely caring. They handled every ask like pros, even when things went sideways. That part deserves five stars.
But the room? A disaster. Tiny black bugs swarmed the place—walls, floor, bed—like they owned it. The mattress looked like a crime scene: brown stains everywhere, no attempt to hide or clean them. Construction...
