I usually avoid hotel restaurants but this was well rated and when we saw and smelled what was coming out of the kitchen we decided to eat there. Dinner was fantastic, original and the service outstanding. With the discount it was a tremendous bargain. ”

”Our stay at Las Clementinas was amazing. The ambiance, decor, and central location to all things in Casco Viejo made our trip magical. Not only was the hotel beautiful, the staff was incredibly warm, helpful and welcoming. The restaurant in the hotel was absolutely delicious. I would stay here ten times over. ”

”The hotel was nice but there were plenty of problems with the room - the water in the shower was either extremely hot or cold, there was horrible smell in the bathroom and the floors were floating even you tried to take a shower. The worst part was that the personnel was not willing to correct the problems or change the room. Also, I sent an email to them after my stay and did not receive a reply. It is likely that we were unfortunate with the room, but their actions were not sufficient and you...

”Erinomaisella sijainnilla oleva siisti hotelli. Hieno tuliaislahja,ilmaiset drinkkiliput! Avulias henkilökunta. Kattobaarin melu melko voimakas, jonka vuoksi hotelli tarjosi varoiksi korvatulpat. Hotellinlenokenttäkuljetus ei koskaan tullut. Korvaukseksi hotelli tilasi omaan laskuunsa myöhemmän kuljetuksen.”

”Iso hotelli keskeisellä paikalla. Hieman kulahtanut, mutta siisti. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Kuntosali poikkeuksellisen hyvä hotellien mittakaavalla. Muutamia pieniä ongelmia yöpymisen aikana. Osaan puututtiin, osaan ei, kun asiasta mainittiin. Huone siisti, mutta pönttö laski vettä jatkuvasti ja tasaisen epätasaisesti päästi ulvovan kiekaisun eli ei ollut kunnossa. Asiasta mainittiin useamman kerran respassa, mutta mitään ei tapahtunut.”
