We are located in the mid-way point between the center of town and Punta Cocos. You can walk on the beach to the center of town in 15 minutes, same to Punta Cocos.

There is a store just one block away, as well as several restaurants and beach clubs.

The beach is literally 30 seconds away, just a short block.

At Valentina Holbox, we prioritize harmony with the island's natural landscape. While much of the recent development on Holbox has come at the expense of native mangroves and trees, our space was built to coexist with the environment. By utilizing a rainwater collection system and maintaining a small-scale footprint, we offer a relaxed sanctuary for those who value protecting the island's unique magic.

This spacious retreat is designed for comfort and functionality, featuring two king-size bedrooms and two full bathrooms with reliable hot water. The living area, which includes a sofa bed suitable for one adult or two children, opens up to sea views that you can also enjoy from the master bedroom. For your convenience, the stay is fully equipped with air conditioning, a safe box, an iron, a hairdryer, and a full kitchen stocked with a fridge, microwave, toaster, and complimentary refreshments.

Whether you are here to disconnect or stay productive, the private terrace provides the perfect setting for morning coffee or sunset lounging. If you need to stay online, our fast Starlink WiFi is ideal for remote work or streaming. You can unwind in our shared garden, a peaceful area filled with lush trees, shaded hammocks, and local wildlife.

A Note on the Environment: Neighboring construction is active Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM. We have installed thick, sound-insulating windows to mitigate the sound, but please note that noise is audible in the outdoor spaces and occasionally within the rooms. Our rates are specifically adjusted to reflect this, ensuring a high-quality, nature-immersed boutique experience. We would be honored to host you!

Bike rental, golf cart rental, taxis, or walking. We do not rent carts or bikes.

You can walk to the center in 15-20 minutes along the beach, a beautiful walk.

Electricity and phone service can be inconsistent on the island. It is common at times for the electricity and phone service to go out for periods of time. Typically it returns quickly or within a few hours.

When there is rain, sand streets can get flooded and require walking on higher land or along the beach for an easier and prettier path to town.
