Your furry companion is welcome (USD 10 per night). Please do not leave pets alone in the room; take them with you when you go out.

Note: this is a private room inside an eco-hotel; the rooftop, lounge, corridors, stairways, and exterior areas are shared common spaces.

Our eco-hotel has 11 rooms, ideal for solo travelers, couples, and also large groups, retreats, or family and friends trips looking for comfort, privacy, and a real connection to the island.



We do not have a pool or direct beach access, but one of Holbox's most beautiful beaches is just a 10-minute walk away (about 10 blocks). We also partner with beach clubs: as our guest you get a free drink at one and a 10 percent discount at another.



We use self check-in. We send you an access code so you can arrive at your convenience without waiting.



The Neighborhood:

The hotel is two blocks from the ferry - super convenient for arrivals and departures, and walkable to the island center, best restaurants, shops, bars, and beach (all 5, 7, and 10 blocks away).



Next door there is a convenience store popular with locals, handy for your stay. In the evenings you may see people out and about, but there is nothing to worry about: the island is quiet, safe, and full of warm, respectful people. Nights can be dark, but Holbox is very safe.



Getting Around:

There are no paved roads in Holbox, and that is part of its charm: you get around on foot or by golf cart. If you rent a golf cart, you can park it right outside the hotel.



From the mainland, the passenger ferry departs from Chiquila; our hotel is just two blocks from the Holbox ferry dock.



Other Things to Note:

Before your arrival, we will request a photo of the official ID of each guest staying at the property, along with a signed copy of the regulations. This helps us maintain good relations with neighbors and comply with the building's rules.



You may encounter birds, raccoons, local dogs, and small wildlife during your stay (geckos, spiders, scorpions). Please respect them; we care for the environment and we are guests in their habitat. To help avoid this, do not leave food uncovered outside.



Your reservation includes cleaning before arrival and after departure, plus basic welcome amenities such as toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and other essentials. Additional cleaning or amenity refills during your stay are available for an extra cost.



For the air conditioning to work properly, please keep doors and windows closed while it is on and do not set the temperature below 21C, as this can affect its operation.



Interaction with Guests:

We have a front desk, though the receptionist is not there at all times - he lives on site, so just message him if you need anything and he will assist you.
