”We loved our stay at Villa Rolandi. Very attentive staff, two great restaurants, lovely amenities. They are about to undergo remodeling so there were construction noises during the day. That was the only downside, and it was slight. We would come back! ”

”The stay was really comfortable in this hotel in Isla Mujeres. We celebrated my sister's birthday for 2 nights and the place was extremely suitable for a relaxing stay; spotless rooms, comfortable beds and showers, nice breakfast, quiet and well working aircon! The staff even surprised my sister by decorating our room with balloons and a towelcake when we came back from the beach! special thanks to the man at the front desk for being so helpful and sneaky with the birthday surprise. ”Room smelled a lot like cigarettes, specially curtains and bed. Also curtains were full of small holes (moths maybe) Stuff was also kind of rude. Wifi was good and location great, but I would say not worth of the money.”

”The location of this hotel was great, right by the sea, but the hotel room could have been better. We were on the ground floor, I am sure the top floors with balcony are better. A bit damp, dark in the room, cannot recommend it. Nice pool area by the sea. Personnel was not very helpful and friendly unfortunately A big minus was the WiFi, which only worked in the reception area (outdoors), not in the rooms!! ”

”Very good location, easy to reach from ferry terminal. And just block away from pedestrian street. Room exactly as in the pictures. Spacious and very clean. Good quality towels and bed linen. Also it was very quiet which we learnt to appeciate even more after staying in other places during our trip. Staff was very helpful and accommodating to our requests. Even though the shower pressure in the bathroom was almost non existing we enjoyed our stay. Would gladly recommend this hotel. ”

”The room was basic and clean with a fridge, an efficient air conditioning and a large bed. There was a safety box with a key in our room. It wasn't allowed to put toilet paper to the toilet. The breakfast was quite poor and it was served in the nearby restaurant at the beach. The beach is very nice. The hotel has a good and quiet location only a short walk from the town center. I would stay in this hotel again.”
