Bedrooms are spread throughout the villa, allowing guests to retreat comfortably after shared meals or pool time. The layout works exceptionally well for multi-generational families and organized group travel.

Bedroom Descriptions

Each of the seven upstairs bedrooms have been thoughtfully restored with ensuite baths, and are elegantly-appointed with Tiffany-style reading lamps and quality linens, including beach towels.



Each room is equipped with a dedicated split unit air conditioner, refrigerator and safe. The rooms do not have televisions. There is a television on the ground floor.



Bedrooms have A/C, the first floor common area is open air. Upper floors are accessible by stairs only

Located on the 2nd floor this room has a King bed which can convert into two single beds, a large private balcony, view of courtyard and ensuite bath. Sleeps 2. 237 square feet

This five-story Spanish colonial style home, 80 years in the making, has been carefully restored to preserve its unique heritage while enjoying modern amenities.



The ground level offers 1 petite guest room with ensuite bath, (a second downstairs bedroom can be arranged if needed) full kitchen & dining area where you can host a dinner party for up to 24 guests, as well as an indoor/outdoor lounge space surrounded by a lush courtyard and plunge pool.



Upstairs, on levels 2 and 3, you will find 6 more inviting guestrooms complete with ensuite baths.



The 4th and 5th floor boasts a fully equipped private bar (BYOB) stunning views and can accommodate up to 50 guests, where sunsets are best enjoyed from the dipping pool. And if that weren't enough - head up one last flight of stairs to the 5th floor where you will be rewarded by breathtaking 360° views of island scenery, endless ocean and sunset vistas!
