”The captains cottage was a super nice place with great staff and close to a great restaurant and bar. My wife and I enjoyed our stay!!!!”

”Parking was right up to the outside facing door which was nice for checkout I could easily load my stuff up, air conditioner/heater worked very well keeping the room cool at all times, staff was super friendly and informative. Only downside was my door was near an exit I guess people were coming in and out of and my door ended up getting banged on loudly a number of times in the morning, overall for a one nights stay for the price it was a pretty good experience ”

”The room was clean and comfortable. The mini fridge, microwave and table with 2 chairs are good accommodations to have a casual meal or snack and avoid the need to eat out. The staff was friendly and helpful. I received an upgrade to my room on the day I checked in since it was off season and there were open rooms. Definitely recommend this place for a relaxing stay so close to the beach.”

”I've stayed here twice during the off season for local events. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff is friendly. There is ample free parking on site and an elevator (in the building I stayed at, not sure about the other buildings). I would stay here again. ”

”I booked a room on short notice and only needed a place to sleep. The accommodations were moderate and the price was not too high ($114.00) after some discounts. It was late April and it was in the 50's outside. The heater barely worked and stayed very cool all night. It had no carpet, just tile, so it was cold to walk on. The bed came with a cover sheet and bed spread, but no quilt. The ad promised a partial water view but the room they gave only faced the parking lot. The room was clean and...

”Dirty place. Smelled like pot. Outlets in the room where hungging from the wall. Beds felt like sleeping in plywood and had metal box frame that made so much noise. The only good thing was that was not carpet in the room. Also the curtain rod in the bathroom was falling off etc etc etc”

” this place should not be allowed to stay open....ceiling in bathroom falling apart, a/c noisy and burning smell when running. The sheets were dirty and not changed with several layers of sheets on the bed all filthy, and stains on the floor by each bed, plus over all room dirty and smelly...i left the day i checked in and moved to another hotel asked for the other day refund ,was denied...disquesting!”
