”Howarth House really is the hidden gem on the Fylde Coast. Our room was cozy, spotlessly clean and very peaceful. The members of the team at this guest house are extremely friendly and put much love into everything they do. You will not find a better breakfast anywhere in the UK! I can highly recommend this delightful place.”
”The hotel is in a good location close to the sea, about a 10min walk from the railway station, my room was comfortable clean, tea and coffee making facilities 2 different types of coffee 1 instant from a packet the other a coffee pods, bathroom was good also. I would stay here again.”

sänkyä. Huoneessa oli 120cm leveä yksi sänky. Jouduimme vaihtamaan huonetta viiden yön aikana 5 kertaa. Yhdellä kerralla huoneessa oli jo asukas. Kahden hengen huoneissa 1 pyyhe. Ammattitaidoton henkilökunta. Lopuksi huone yritettiin laskuttaa toiseen kertaan vaikka se oli jo varatessa maksettu.”
”Hotellissa oli paljon toimintaa lapsille, mutta kieltä osaamattoman suomalaislapsen oli mahdotonta osallistua. Hotelli sijaitsee aivan rannan tuntumassa, kauppoja n. 5-10 min kävelymatkan päässä. Huone siisti, palvelu hyvää, kokonaisuus hieman kulunut. Aamiainen ok, tuoreita vihanneksia ei tarjolla.”
”Only downside was the wifi and signal are terrible. But other than that its an absolutely lovely place. Awesome staff,even got my daughter balloons & chocolate for our arrival fpr her birthday. Will be back soon the pool and sauna were stunning and great! Breakfast lovely. ”

”We stayed 3 nights, very friendly and helpful staff, if we required anything kirsty was more than happy to help and wanted to ensure our stay was confortable.
Location: 2 minutes walk to south pier, Location was great close to trams, lots of food places (takeaways & restaurants)
Hotel needs a little TLC and new mattress but its very obvious that kirsty and staff have been making improvements to make the hotel better.
Parking less than min walk and is £15 a day.
We will 100% book to come...
”We didn't stay at the hotel for a number of reasons. Firstly, the surrounding area was deprived with half the buildings either boarded up or in disrepair. Secondly, having a 'seaview' and being a 'boutique' hotel is debatable, but definitely not from the outward appearance of the property. It was scruffy and needed maintenance to the paintwork and front door. Thirdly, to be made to stand outside ringing a bell for 30 minutes is unacceptable and shows poor customer service.
