”Great location, unique property, plenty of parking, situated in a lovely quiet community. Second floor is the main entrance, small but well appointed kitchen, living room, two bedrooms one bath. 3rdr floor king bedroom and full bath, we were very pleased”

”This place was absolutely wonderful. It was surrounded by cute coffee shops and bagel spots for breakfast. One of the nicest restaurants in Charleston is right next door. It has second floor deck that overlooks Cannon Street. King Street is just a few blocks away. It was tucked in a nice neighborhood but near the action and the interior was beautifully decorated and thoughtfully organized. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. ”

”The property looked a bit ragged. The seating on the front patio was falling apart. The sofa was pretty dirty. No wine glasses or coffee starter kit. Dehumidifier was full of water and air filter device was not working. The beds were comfortable and the location was good for us - very close to Hampton Park and a few cute coffee shops. The neighborhood was quiet and safe.”

”The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. We could have used a few more spoons. There were only two. We appreciated having a washer and dryer in the townhouse. The beds were firm and comfortable. The community was nice and quiet. ”

”Very spacious and neat apartment and well located to King Street and all the shopping and eating and sights there. The rooms were just lovely and the kitchen had everything you need if you wish to stay in. We did not! too many good options nearby to dine. We felt safe. I do wish one of the parking spots could have been utilized for our side since I noted that no one ever parked there. Parking is on street and right in front of the unit so it's fine and people are used to navigating around...

”The parking situation isn’t ideal. We were stuck driving around for an hour until we could find a spot to park near the rental. And the metal covering out front on the road is hopefully temporary because every time a car would go over it, it would make a loud “THUNK THUNK” sound that you could hear all the way in the back in the bedrooms. Needless to say, we were not well rested either night we stayed because of that sound. ”

”Yes and yes. A/Cwas adequate but not sure it would be if it was hotter outside. Great paper shop across the street. Good cafe down the street. Short walk to free buses. ”

”Absolutely loved this place! Was beautiful just like in the pictures. Super clean and the bed was so comfortable! Love how it has the washer and dryer, super helpful with a toddler. Both rooms had floor fans in them (huge plus). They even had noise machines if needed! Everything had been thought of and provided (extra trash bags, dish soap, laundry detergent, etc). The Duvet body wash/soap smells so good!! The location of the property is perfect. Several places nearby to eat, get coffee and not...
