Asunnot – Isle of Palms

”The neighborhood was walking friendly and everyone was very welcoming. You could walk to restaurants and shops and also to the beach. Perfect little get away.”

”The parking situation isn’t ideal. We were stuck driving around for an hour until we could find a spot to park near the rental. And the metal covering out front on the road is hopefully temporary because every time a car would go over it, it would make a loud “THUNK THUNK” sound that you could hear all the way in the back in the bedrooms. Needless to say, we were not well rested either night we stayed because of that sound. ”

”The location was perfect for our visit and the house is beautiful with a great view of the marsh. We had a slight problem with the hot water and the owner was very communicative in working to fix the issue. We would love to stay at the property again on future visits to the area. It’s conveniently located between historic Charleston and Folly Beach.”

”David was very welcoming. We loved the amenities. The kitchen had all the utensils, dishware, etc. that we needed. I also really appreciated the filtered water pitcher in the refrigerator. Also, the bathroom was fully stocked with everything we needed.”

”Great stay! Comfortable and well-stocked. Not “walking” close to most things but we knew that and had a car. Only negative, which isn’t the owner’s fault is that the people upstairs were really noisy starting at 3:30 am. ”

”More signage needed to find this unit since it’s tucked behind Southbound restaurant. When you enter the driveway, veer left at the “Y” and preferably have a very small car as it is a tight squeeze, very challenging to park. The unit is a basement & could have used a dehumidifier or two. Kitchen was well/stocked with modern appliances. Really needs space in the bathrooms to set your cosmetic bag, curling irons, etc. I’ll attach a pic of the pedestal sink showing the ”
