9B Mariners Walk, Wild Dunes

This spacious and updated one-bedroom, one and half bath villa is perfect for your stay on Isle of Palms. Located in the Mariner's Walk complex within the Wild Dunes resort, this unit is steps away from the pool and a two minute walk from the beach.This condo offers an open layout on two floors for extra privacy with the bedroom and bathroom upstairs and living room and dining areas downstairs. The bathroom has dual access from both the bedroom and hallway and the downstairs sofa offers additional sleeping on a queen memory foam pullout. Downstairs there is an additional half bath. The villa's screened-in patio includes a table and chairs where you can enjoy the ocean breeze while sipping coffee or dining al fresco. The renovated pool for Mariner's Walk has ample space where you can spread out and relax when not feeling the sand in between your toes!



Local partners provide rentals for beach chairs and bicycles.

From Memorial Day to Labor Day there are 7-night minimum stays, Saturday check-in and outs.

Property offers a freshly laundered duvet covers for every guest.

Bed linens and bath towels are provided, as well as a starter kit for the first day which includes toiletries (shampoo, body wash and soap), dish soap, dishwasher tabs, a sponge, toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels.

Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent.

**Please Note: This property DOES NOT have access to the Wild Dunes Resort pools. It does have access to the Mariners Walk Community Pool**

The reservation/administration fee is nonrefundable. We do not give refunds for weather related trip interruptions this includes hurricanes please ask about insurance to cover such events. (MUST BE AT LEAST 26 YEARS OF AGE TO RENT NO EXCEPTIONS).

Family Trip

Great place to spend a week on the beach and seeing the interesting city of Charleston. Very clean and everything you need in the kitchen. The only thing that would've been nice is a heated pool.

We enjoyed our stay. Condo was clean and had all kitchen was well stocked with appliances and utensils Easy access to the pool and beach. Easy parking. My only complaint is the firmness of the mattress. Otherwise everything was great!

Clean condo and perfect location

Overall the condo was great and the location could not be better. The only real issue for us was the furniture and the refrigerator. The furniture needs to be replace as it was uncomfortable to sit on. Also the patio furniture was too small for a normal person to sit on. As for the refrigerator there was not ice maker so we had to fill up ice trays to make ice. Please get a refrigerator with an ice maker.

Mother's Day Retreat

The condo was more than our family hoped for. With the pool at our backdoor and the beach with quivk acess, we couldnt have asked for a better place. Be sure to enjoy coffee on the porch while listening to the early morning crashig waves. We spent most of our time enjoying the outdoors but the interior provided much relief from our long days! Thank you for having us!

Amenities (including sweet, welcoming touches like music on when arrived, ample supplies so no immediate errand runs), close to harris teeters and property just wonderful, host great, well appointed and actually beautiful, the ocean view not super close to beach but very pretty sunrise, more pool view but private for sure, excellent vacation home and location. Enjoyed!

Perfect mini vaca to Isle of Palms

Everything about Mariners Walk 9B was awesome! Extremely clean and great location. Only complaint we had was the master bedroom mattress was very, very hard so not the most comfortable for us.
