With the cemented sidewalk beach access path right outside the back door, you will be at the beach in no time. Custom features like built-in bookcases, leaded custom stained glass windows, and updated baths & kitchen, this spacious home is ready for your vacation enjoyment.
As soon as you walk up to the front door you catch a glimpse of the Atlantic and feel the salt air! The large east-facing deck features 2 separate areas furnished with two tables and chairs for dining, chatting, or a lively card game.

The first-floor open living plan is light and airy with peek-a-boo views from the dining area and dining deck. The well-equipped kitchen has updated appliances, a stand-alone ice maker, a wine fridge, and plenty of room for meal preparation. There is also a gas grill on site. Six kitchen stools line the counter and the dining room with seating for 6, is right across from the kitchen. Large windows make this space wonderfully inviting. The open concept living room has plenty of seating for everyone to gather comfortably to watch a sports game or have a lively chat. There is a private en suite bedroom, with a Queen bed and TV on this floor too. The en suite bathroom has a walk-in shower. There is a half bath on this floor for convenience as well.

Enjoy the beautiful stained glass-lit staircase to the second floor, which has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. At the top of the staircase, there is a roomy bedroom with a King bed, TV, and a large Jack n Jill bathroom shared with a bedroom housing a Queen bed. The large primary King bedroom is on this floor with second-row ocean views and large airy windows. Enjoy cocktails while watching the sunset over the ocean from the private balcony. The primary bathroom has double sinks and a separate water closet with a walk-in shower. The laundry closet is on the second floor for convenience.

The addition of a third floor makes this home a fantastic extended family vacation rental. At the top of the stairs is a TV viewing area, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. We call this the kid’s floor! The middle hall bedroom has a twin bedroom. Across the hall is a full bathroom with tub/ shower combo shared with the large bedroom at the end of the hall with a twin bunk set and a Double bed! There is plenty of space for kids of all ages to spread out and have their own space.

You will love every inch of Sunshine By the Sea with its prime location on a quiet cull de sac, proximity to the beach.

Pricing & Availability:
Enter arrival dates and departure dates. Click the book now button to view the price and associated fees. For part of April through part of October our homes only rent for 7 nights, Saturday to Saturday stays. During late fall, winter & early spring, you may rent this home for 3 or more nights, excluding Holidays.

When making an online reservation on VRBO, You will receive a confirmation and a contract from East Islands Rentals once you book this home. The contract must be returned within 24 hours to keep your reservation! Payments are not collected until the contract has been returned and reviewed by East Islands Rentals.

Damage Protection:
In lieu of a security deposit, a Damage Protection Policy is added to protect you up to $3,000.00 of damages during your stay.

Travel Insurance:
Management Company offers travel insurance to all its guests through Rental Guardian. Rental Guardian specialty is Vacation Rental Industry. Travel Insurance covers you in the occurrence of a possible natural disaster threat to our area, medical emergencies, loss of a family member, loss of job, etc. The cost is about 7% of your rental cost-plus taxes and fees. Please email for the exact cost. It is highly recommended to purchase travel insurance through the Management Company. Once the reservation is made the Management Company can add the Rental Guardian policy to your reservation.

If Travel Insurance is purchased through VRBO/Homeaway (CSA-Homeaway policy) their policy does not cover any delays or interruption of a stay, especially if a natural disaster occurs, such as Hurricane. Management Company will not be able to refund any monies or move your reservation.
