The owners chose to maintain the home's classic exterior, and fully upgraded the spacious interior with attention to detail in every room with your comfort in mind. The house sits on a corner lot across the street from the beach, offering incredible ocean views from the main level. Enjoy the new 18' x 30' saltwater heated and cooled swimming pool, featuring a tanning ledge spanning the width of the pool and plenty of decking surrounding it (Pool Depth Range: 3-5 ft, NO DIVING). Inside, you will find a beautiful, large gourmet kitchen on the main level, featuring a 48” gas range with double ovens, a large island, a prep sink, pantry and quartz countertops. Washing dishes will not feel like a chore in this house, as the sink overlooks gorgeous views of the ocean. The kitchen also features a fully stocked spice drawer, Caraway cookware, all necessary utensils, an air fryer, crock pot, food processor, a Kitchen Aid stand mixer and a Vita Mix blender. There is a dry bar in the great room by the kitchen complete with a wine chiller. The spacious sunroom next to the kitchen and great room features two dining areas seating 12 total, along with rockers and a loveseat. Step outside onto the spacious front deck and take in the ocean views.
There are two beautifully decorated primary suites on the main level, each with their own large private baths, along with a powder room on the main level. The first suite features a king bed and a bathroom with freestanding tub, walk in shower, double sink vanity and a water closet. The second suite features a king bed and a bathroom with a walk in shower and double sink vanity. At the back of the house on the main level, you will find a spacious outdoor deck overlooking the pool with a grill and fire pit.
On the first level, there is a large family room with ample comfortable seating and an 85” television for family movie nights. A game room is adjacent to the family room and features a ping pong table. Also on the first level is a bunk room with 3 twin xl beds and 1 queen, 3 bathrooms with walk in showers, a bedroom with a queen bed and a bedroom with a king bed and an ensuite full bath. The laundry room is located on this level and features a new washer and dryer, plenty of storage, a drying rack and refrigerator. There is an additional sitting room at the back of the house with sliding glass doors that open up to the pool. You will be delighted by each room of this home with its unique decor, art, wallpaper, added touches such as makeup mirrors in the bathrooms, new comfortable mattresses, and smart tv's in every room. 3 house tv's have cable.

NO HOUSE PARTIES. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. No exceptions! There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the island that goes into effect at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. The 5 car limit is also strictly enforced. This house is a family rental and is located near year-round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, wedding groups, youth groups, fraternities/sororities, receptions, or any other types of larger gatherings. We do NOT rent to students or anyone under the age of 30 - no exceptions - even if a parent or legally responsible adult makes the reservation. If such a group occupies or attempts to occupy the property, they will be required to immediately vacate and there will be NO refunds given. Further, this home is strictly a non-pet friendly home. Guest will be fined $1000 if a pet is found to be on the property at any time. This property also includes a $250 credit to order beach gear when you book a stay between 3 and 14 nights!! There are many options to choose from including bicycles, beach chairs, beach carts/wagons, coolers, umbrellas, kayaks, paddleboards, etc.! Our partnered company, VayK Gear, will contact you 45 days prior to your arrival so you can place your order and they will deliver all equipment to your rental property. ALL BED LINENS, KITCHEN TOWELS (2), BATH TOWEL SETS, & BEACH/POOL TOWELS (12) ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE!! You will only need to bring or plan to rent beach chairs, bikes, umbrellas, etc. Also included is a "starter set" of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, paper towels, etc. but please do keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.
