2026 Beach Update: The City of Isle of Palms is carrying out a beach renourishment project, expected to move along the beach in sections between summer and fall 2026. Because crews work steadily down the shoreline, any impact to a specific area is temporary, and the beach stays open with access outside active work zones. A final schedule hasn't been released yet — we're tracking updates and are happy to provide guidance based on your travel dates. Seascape 320 is a beautifully appointed three-bedroom, three-bathroom oceanfront condo at Seascape Villas in Wild Dunes — and the views truly live up to the name. Perched on the third floor with the balcony practically in the water, SS320 delivers picture-perfect ocean views from the master suites, the living area, and the deck. Easy parking, just a few steps to the sand, and a layout that comfortably sleeps up to 8 make this one of Isle of Palms' most popular oceanfront stays.

Guests consistently rave about how spotless and well-stocked the condo is, with a fully equipped kitchen where everything works as it should and thoughtful touches throughout. You're roughly 30 minutes from historic Charleston and surrounded by great island dining (don't miss Acme Lowcountry Kitchen — locals love it). Wild Dunes' golf, spa, and bike trails are all within easy reach, and the Seascape oceanfront pool is just steps from the building.

Please note: Beach erosion is temporarily affecting direct beach access at Seascape. Depending on your visit dates, guests may need to use a neighboring beach access path — a short walk away.

Seascape 320 guests have exclusive access to the Seascape oceanfront pool. Please note that the pools at the Boardwalk Inn, Sweetgrass Inn, and Sweetgrass Fitness Center are reserved for resort hotel guests only and are not available to vacation rental guests. Wild Dunes does not have a central pool open to all visitors — pool access is specific to your community.

🏋️ Fitness

The fitness center at Wild Dunes is reserved for resort hotel guests only. We recommend the Isle of Palms Recreation Center as a fantastic alternative — featuring a cardio room, fitness classes, and brand new courts just a quick drive down Palm Blvd.

🎾 Tennis & Pickleball

Pay-to-play court time is available at the Wild Dunes Tennis Center. We also recommend the free tennis and pickleball courts at the Isle of Palms Recreation Center — just a quick drive down Palm Blvd!
