Welcome to Palmetto Dream at 10 32nd Avenue: your very own slice of paradise! This coastal contemporary home is just two years old and provides everything families or groups need to enjoy Isle of Palms in luxury.

Location:
Situated right in the center of Isle of Palms, one block back from Palm Ave to avoid the congestion, and right at the widest part of the beach, with multiple accesses: between 31st and 32nd and between 32nd and 33rd. The IoP park is also just a couple blocks away with other recreational activities. Off-street parking for 4-5 cars.

Layout:
The house features an open-concept living area with multiple porches, outdoor pool and activities area on the ground level, and an amenity filled outdoor space.

Kitchen:
Gourmet chef's kitchen, featuring GE stainless steel appliances, gas range, and quartz waterfall island. Multiple ovens. The kitchen is well-equipped to make meals easy, whether dining indoors or outdoors. Dining table for 10 and breakfast bar stools at island for a quick meal.

Screened Deck/Porch area: Access from dining and kitchen area includes table for 8, other seating, ceiling fans.

Sleeping:
Bedroom 1: Main Floor Master w/ king & ensuite master, dual sink bath w/ shower and tub
Bedroom 2: King w/ ensuite full bath
Bedroom 3: King w/ ensuite full bath
Bedroom 4: Queen w/ Jack & Jill full bath, porch access
Bedroom 5: Full/Full w/ Jack & Jill full bath

The primary suite features a king bed and a spacious ensuite bathroom with soaking tub, dual vanities, and walk-in shower. This room also has direct access into the backyard from the porch.

Office/library area provides a quiet room for reading or remote work.

Heading upstairs you will find four additional bedrooms and a media/rec room with access to the upper porch and Adirondack style chairs.

Ground level amenities:
*Private swimming pool. Heater available w/ additional fee (contact owner).
*Outdoor kitchen/prep area w/ Blackstone grill
*Seating area with gas firepit
*Picnic style table for outdoor and casual dining
*Table tennis
*Misc. other games inc. large Connect Four game and cornhole
*Basic functional fitness equipment (kettle, box, etc.)

Internet: Mesh based (Eero), high speed wi-fi provided. No refund for provider-oriented, uncontrollable outages, speed issues.

TVs: Multiple smart TVs throughout.

Beach chairs and amenities: Several beach chairs and equipment are provided but we cannot guarantee how many. We recommend renting chairs and can provide recommendations for beach chair rentals as well as golf cart options.

Wonderful! Great outdoor space and great kitchen. All the rooms are very comfortable and lots of communal space. The pool is very shaded which made it a bit chilly but in the summer heat would be perfect!

Beautiful home and great location!

Absolutely loved this home and the location to the beach. Easy communication with the owner leading up to the trip, the home was clean and decorated beautifully. Loved all the beach & pool toys for kids. Neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. Would absolutely stay again!

Amazing stay with teenagers and grandparents. Approved by all ages. Home is beautifully decorated and the kitchen is well stocked for nearly everything. There are plenty of spaces for a large group to gather or rooms and nooks and decks to hide for some quiet time. Pool was shaded a good portion of the day which can be a benefit when finding reprieve from the sun.The location is less than a block walk to the beach. We went down the beach about a mile and it was much busier and crowded, so we were thankful for the quiet beach area near the home. It was easy to get to Charleston or other areas such as Mount Pleasant, so there is plenty to do. There is a park with pickleball courts about 3 blocks away. Don’t forget to check out Isle of Palms recreation department for activities. I was able to catch a free yoga on the beach class that was the perfect way to start the day! I didn’t grab many photos of the home, but the host photos are a good representation.

Great Stay

House was very clean and accommodating. Spacious layout for a big family. Beach access was a short 3 min walk and easy to locate. Would highly recommend to anyone traveling to Isle of Palms who are not looking for beach front. Look forward to returning next spring.

Best house ever!

This home was as beautiful as shown. It was so comfortable inside and out. Loved the porches. The kitchen was fully stocked. Everything was immaculate and any issue was quickly resolved

Family vacation

We stayed at this home in March, 2025. The home was virtually new and was just as it appeared in the listing. It was very clean and well stocked with everything you would want. The only thing I would add would be a TV in the downstairs master bedroom. The two master’s upstairs have TV’s. Otherwise it was an outstanding home,and deserves a 5 star rating.
