Tämä koti on hyvin lähell�������������� uima-allasta, tenniskenttiä ja helpon kävelymatkan pä��ssä rannalta. Keittiö tarjoaa graniittiset työtasot aamiaispöyd���������llä keittiössä. Asuintila on avoin yhdistelm������ ruokailuhuone ja olohuone, jossa on baarituolit keitti��n baarissa. Olohuone avautuu suojattu kuistilla toinen ruokailutila ja sitten avoin aurinkokansi kaasugrilli. Being able to walk 5 minutes to the beach made it perfect. Also, it was just a couple minute walk from the grocery store and restaurants. Easy to hop on the connector to Mt. Pleasant or Charleston. We definitely recommend it!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was comfy and good space for our family. The walk to the beach is fine at about 8 min. The kitchen / baths were very dated and low end with fiberglass tubs and coil stove. The hardwood floors needed repairs (soft wood in places) and the decking was alarming in its state of repair. The beds were very uncomfortable across the board. Our kids even complained and they can sleep on the floor. The cost was very excessive for the state of the house in the off season. We have frequented many IOP properties as well as properties in the this neighborhood and we know we could have for the cost.
