Jotkut Meri-näkemykset, erinomainen sijainti

Tämä 7 makuuhuoneen 6 kylpy talo on yksi Palms-saaren mukavimmista taloista. Tästä talosta on upeat näkymät kaikilta kuistilta. Tässä ylellisessä rantatalossa on 2 isäntäsviittiä, joissa iso isäntäkylpy. Kumpaankin sisältyy iso poreallas kylpyamme ja suihkut, joissa on useita päätä. Kevin Costner itse asiassa pysyi täällä kaksi kuukautta, kun hän oli kaupungissa bändinsä kanssa !!

Jos yksi muodollinen olohuone ei riittänyt, tässä talossa on kaksi. Tärkein oleskelutila on hyvin avoin valitsemallasi aurinkotuolen tai huipputason viihdealueen. Tilavat kuistit molemmissa kerroksissa edessä ja takana. Hissi palvelee autotalli, 1. kerros ja 2. kerros.

Kun tulet kotiin etuovesta, sinut odottaa olohuone, jossa on taulu-tv / DVD, baarikeittiö ja minijääkaappi. Ensimmäinen kahdesta master-sviitistä sijaitsee aulan toisella puolella olohuoneesta, josta on upeat merinäkymät. Tässä kerroksessa on vielä 4 makuuhuonetta, joista toisessa on kuningatar, toisessa kaksi kuningatara, toisessa kuningas ja toisessa kaksi kaksoset. Tässä kerroksessa on myös pesutupa ja avoin oleskelualue. Jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa on oma kylpyhuone.

Toisessa kerroksessa on erittäin suuri ruokasali, keittiö ja suuri huone. Tämä keittiö on huippuluokkaa, kaikki ruostumattomat laitteet, kaksi astianpesukonetta, kaasuliesi ja kaksinkertaiset uunit. Aulan alapuolella keittiöstä on toinen isäntäsviitti, tämä huone on erittäin suuri, ja siinä on erillinen oleskelualue, jossa vuodesohva. Tämän makuuhuoneen aulan toisella puolella on toinen iso huone, jossa on 2 kaksoset, jokaisessa on vyö, ja vuodesohva.

Olohuoneen kaasutakka ei enää toimi.

Päivän auringon ja hiekan jälkeen huuhtele ulkosuihkussa ja rentoudu Cabanassa omalla uima-altaallasi suihkulähteellä! Autotallissa on kaupallista tyyliä valmistava jääpalakone vieraiden käyttöön. Monilla kuistilla voit nauttia upeimmista näkymistä kaikista! Tee tästä kotisi poissa kotoa tulevina vuosina!

There were 7 bedrooms with television’s in only 2 of them which presented a problem after dark, I’ve stayed in several homes in the isle of palms and every time all rooms had tv’s. The pool needed work so we lost a couple of days by the pool and the linens (towels) were the smallest and thinnest that I have seen.

We really enjoyed our family time at this huge house seven bedrooms accommodated all the family and children. The house was clean when we checked in and we really enjoyed the pool. We had a few issues with the air conditioner but it was fixed immediately. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, but know you have to bring everything as far as spices, toilet paper and paper towels.The main concern with our group was that it needed new bed, pillows. Bring your own pillows It was a great house and easy access to the beach

House layout was greta, location and beach access perfect, pool was large, shaded and great set up.None of the door locks on the bedrooms worked. Couch covers were somewhat bizzare. Bath towels were inadequately sized. TV should be upgraded and remote was smashed.

Stayed here 5/31-6/7/25 with my 3 sons and their families. We had a great week. The house is very close to the beach and we enjoyed the pool in early evenings. The beds were very comfortable. The open concept in the main floor allowed for easy conversation with kids and adults. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots/pans. My recommendations:To Heather( host): binder needs update re: garbage days. We missed putting garbage out because info was incorrect. Pillowcases on extra pillows would be more hygienic and keep pillows cleaner. To other travelers: the towels are few and small. There are no beach towels or beach chats, etc. WE brought our own towels based on other reviews.Overall, we would definitely recommend this beautiful honest others

Beautiful home!

Very nice stay. Home is big and has lots of room. The pool and pool area are also very nice and everything was clean. You will need to bring/buy extra toilet paper and paper towels as they only provide one per bathroom/the kitchen. Overall would recommend this property! Thank you!

Fantastic location, lots of space, two limitations

The location of this property is fantastic! You’re directly across the street from the beach access, there are so many bars and restaurants a 10 minute walk down the road, and you’re an easy drive into downtown Charleston. The home itself has so much space, it’s open, and it’s clean. Communication with Heather was seamless and the checkin process was super easy. There were only 2 minor downsides - 1) the outdoor pool/grilling area was not as clean as I would have hoped. There was just a lot of dirt/leaves/grime throughout the backyard living space so we barely utilized this area. 2) The house comes with the bare minimum so be prepared to purchase a lot then leave the remainder there. For instance, there is no propane tank for the grill, only 1 roll of paper towels, only 1 trash bag, only 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, no hand soap for bathrooms, no dish soap, no laundry detergent, no sponges, no pool towels, and limited shower towels. I noticed we spent a lot of money buying these products but then had to leave the remainder at the house as we couldn’t fly home with them. Overall, we had a great experience!

Wonderful weekend in Isle of Palm

Very nice house and excellent location! Very clear in the instructions, but for a long weekend stay not having any consumables was inconvenient and a bit wasteful. The house was great for our family and we fit perfectly. Loved the beach.

Spacious and comfortable

We came here to celebrate my 80th birthday with family and friends. We found the home quit spacious and plenty of room for all. All my guests commented on how comfortable the beds were. The kitchen was plenty spacious but requires some updates to cook wares which I understand is being addressed. The neighborhood was very quiet for the exception of construction across the street from hurricane damage. If one is looking for a spacious quiet and close to a short beach walk, this is your place. By the way, the elevator was a god sent when it came to hauling up and down luggage. Just be careful on who operates it, you’ll have no issues.

Great 2 weeks on Isle of Palms

We had a great 2 week vacation. Very short walk to the beach. Only bad thing I can think of was a couple or doors would not lock but that was easily solved by pushing a chair over.

Beautiful home

We have been to Isle of Palms multiple times. This was the best rental we have experienced. The home was spacious enough for our large family. The house was very clean. The access to the beach was close and easy. The kitchen was well equiped and large. The kids loved the pool. Only small issue was the bath towels which were limited and very small. Next time will probably pack some of our own. Definitely plan on staying there again.

Excellent home for hosting large family

We were very pleased with the status of the home & support & responsiveness of the house manager. The home was very comfortable for our large multigeneration family. Proximity to all activities & essentials made the stay easy. We used the pool everyday & it quickky became cloudy, but the pool team could clear it up within a few hours. Some overall maintenance on the home would be beneficial, but overall it was nice and comfortable. Bath towels could be larger; hard to wrap up in them to dry off.
