”Parking on the road parking. nice place to stay but do think to much clutter in cupboards fireside companion seemed pointless as it was an electric fire. mattress on the bed think should be updated as quite an old mattress. ”

”It's a beautiful old house and nicely located within walking distance of restaurants and pubs. Plenty of parking in the back. The staff are great - friendly and helpful. My only complaint was with the shower controls! After fiddling with them for quite some time, I finally managed to get water at a reasonable temperature to flow from the shower head rather than in the tub, but even now I don't think I could repeat the process.”

”Beautiful sea view room. The only downside to this hotel was that it has low water pressure in the shower and no drinking water in the room and had to go to the bar if you wanted any.”

”Stayed a couple.of nights in a family room - this had two separate spacious bedrooms, each with their own tea/coffee and TV facilities which was well stocked. Although there wasn't a sea view from our room, the view over swanage and surrounding hills was still lovely and provided some stunning sunsets. The hotel itself was clean and tidy and staff were welcoming and attentive. Breakfast was also well catered, and the beach was a short walk away albeit via a couple of steep routes down the cliff....

”From the moment we arrived the staff could not have been more welcoming and helpful. The food was excellent. The lovely dinners made the stay special. Our room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The only negative was that the WiFi in our room was not good and kept dropping off.”

”Hotel was an absolute state. Dust and dirt everywhere, stains on the bedding and un cleaned rooms that had dead flies and bugs on the bed. Requested to move room as it was disgusting and was met with Daniel the receptionist who was very unpleasant to deal with and very rude and abrupt. On telling him you'd expect the rooms to be clean and tidy and i have a respiratory failure and this was going to cause problems with the amount of dust in the rooms, i was just glared at. On the other hand half...

”10 minutes a pieds des commerces. Personnel très sympathique. Petit déjeuner le choix pour tout le monde. Chambre et salle de bain bien mais manque un peu de modernisation mais sinon très confortable.”

”Amazing Cabin, which was super comfy and extremely clean. A little garden with 2 seats and table . A patio doors looking onto a very pretty garden. Right near to Swanage Beach which was perfect. Fully recommend. ”

”Whole hotel needs an update, room carpet dirty, bathroom dirty. Wanted id when we arrived wasn’t told that when booked online with Expedia. But I don’t carry id so excepted the email confirmation when booked. Bed was hard, uncomfortable but for 1 night was ok! Noise from the road kept us awake and a blue light shining into our room all night from the hotel next door. We left at 7am due to lack of sleep. Beach close by and shops. ”
