âI am giving three stars because I expected more from the presidential room we paid for. While the staff were welcoming and helpful, the hotel itself left much to be desired. A major issue was the lack of hot water for showers, which is unacceptable considering the price of the presidential suite. Additionally, there were very few amenities included for example, the boat ride was not part of the package, which was disappointing. âThe property was nice but , no WiFi , swimming pool dirty, we paid to stay in a jacuzzi tub which was not working. Restaurant and bar closed at 8 pm really early. Getting to the property was complicated not enough info on the road and gps was taking us thru roads with dead ends. The property has so much potential and beauty .â

âI had a special offer in the smallest room. I didnt mind the fact that it was small since it was right in front of the pool so I could walk strait from my room to the pool in les than 10 steps. I enjoyed my stay. It was the perfect ending for a couple of week vacation in Nigaragua.â
