”Hotelli oli oikein mukava ja palvelu ystävällistä. Puutteena, että suomeksi oli huoneessa mainittu olevan parisänky, joka oli vain 120 cm. Englanniksi oli kyllä mainittu, että kyseessä kapea parisänky. Suihkussa ei ollut ollenkaan käsisuihkua, joka teki suihkun käytön hankalaksi.”

”We had reserved this hotel because we wanted to have air conditioning, as in June, it can get very hot in London. However, the airconditioning devices were broken (in several rooms), and the staff told us that they would be fixed in 8 days. (That is, after our stay.) This was a big disappointment, as the heat wave began during our stay... We did get a fan, though. The windows did not open much (probably for security reasons), which did not help during the nights.. There were no luggage racks,...

”Sopivankokoinen huone neljälle. Huoneet siistit ja sängyt mukavat. Lisä tyynyt ja peitot löytyi huoneesta. Hiukan pieni kulpyhuone mutta toimii. Aamiaistarjoilu oli myös herkullinen.”

”Siisti hotelli, yllätti hiljaisuudellaan. Sijainti erinomainen lähellä liikenneyhteyksiä ja ravintoloita. Respassa ei ollut juuri koskaan paikalla työntekijää, ja kelloa soittaessa joutui odottamaan. Yhden hengen huoneet olivat ylimmässä kerroksessa kapeiden portaiden yläpäässä, joten ei sovi esim. polvivaivaisille. Netti toimi vaivattomasti huoneessa. Hyvin nukutti ja hyvä fiilis jäi paikasta, vaikka ei mikään huippuhotelli olekaan. :-)”
