”Without a doubt I would stay here again. There was some confusion around information given by two different members of staff in respect of the 'complimentary swim' which was disappointing but the restaurant was outstanding and more than made up for that. The food was seriously delicious, the staff in the bar and the waitress service were very helpful and friendly which made for a wonderful evening meal and breakfast experience. Sadly I did not have time to sample the delights of the 'spa', but...

”Unfortunately despite requesting a quiet room beforehand I was placed right on top of the bar, which at times is very noisy. This in effect robbed me of sleep for a few nights. I talked about this with staff who were helpful, and the problem was solved in a satisfactory manner. The location is good, with very short walk to Bristol Museum. Right next to Whiteladies where buses go all the time. A bus connection to Temple Meads nearby. Area feels safe, not too long walk to central either. Room...
