”Booked a business room, did not have a USB connection. Note on bathroom wall stated use shower mat but was not one in room, when i asked at reception they stated you have to ask for one. Toilet paper so thin very cheap.”

”It was almost maze like inside, but was very well marked for guests and the amenities were abundant and enjoyable. The rooms clean and the staff friendly and excited to be of service. Wonderful stay. Thank you, from two Americans who loved to be here. ”

”This hotel was good - the friendly and helpful staff in the hotel and The Customs Shed especially. Breakfast was lovely!”

”The only negative thing was the air conditioner which only expelled warm or hot air. Otherwise no complaints. We pretty much got what we expected. The walk to the Resorts World Arena was less than 10 minutes. Awesome.”

”Very polite and helpful staff, they fixed the small issues we had, without a quibble. Breakfast is expensive at £16 per person, but it’s ok for the price. Was not the first time and we will be back for sure. ”

”I didn’t stay here , we arrived for concert at Hampden park , only to find out hotel was closed to public , on a government contract . Had to return home on train with suitcase and missed concert and mini break in Glasgow . ”
