”I booked this hotel for my family vacation in London, and after reading numerous very bad reviews I wasn’t expecting much. Despite that, I ended up being pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious and bathroom very modern and well taken care of. I didn’t come across any issues with tidyness and the room fitted our needs perfectly. Only complaint I had was the lack of air conditioning, but that was easily fixed by the fan in the room and an open window. Staff was unfriendly but helpful...

”Basement Breakfast 7/10: Needs improvement in the kitchen; hard boiled eggs were raw, hash browns all stuck together, mystery sausage was horrible. Great pastry & fruit selections. Rooms were clean, modern & comfortable with great AC! Loved placing our luggage there for 4+ hrs while we walked to Kensington Palace for Afternoon Tea @ the Orangery! Pinkies Up! :)”

”This is the 3rd time I have stayed at The Old Mill this year. It is still the best double room I have ever stayed in. I needed to get away for some R&R and I feel rested. The views here are spectacular here and I feel one with nature.I will be back again. The staff are very helpful and friendly and this means a lot to me. The breakfast is amazing.
