”What a lovely stay, I’d visit again ”

”Our bed was comfortable. Bedding and towels were crispy white. Lots of fluffy towels including several face cloths. The room was updated with a cute, red refrigerator and lamps with USB-C outlets by the bedside. We were in room 2, close to the office. Despite the immediate proximity to so much, it was much quieter than I expected. Staff made a great effort to accommodate, like dropping and picking up bags early/late despite not being fully staffed (which we knew.) My only complaint was the...

”The room and bathroom was clean. This is an older hotel that’s perfect for a traveler looking to just book somewhere affordable and not too far from the city. The housekeeping staff was friendly and helpful. ”

”This beautiful hotel was absolutely the best hotel we've ever been to. Will certainly wanna go back to spend another vacation there. We were able to see all the rooms and were able to choose which one we want to stay. Each room were different and we found it very difficult to choose the one we wanted as they all were so lovely, so nicely decorated. Beds were very very good. ”The concierge “butler” Shawn was helpful and pleasant and always available. He was a 10/10. The room could use a deep clean. Bathrooms and linens and all were spotless. Just the floor and carpet need a deep clean, not the daily staff fault. The pool and courtyards were charming and of another era. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back. Location is excellent too. ”

”This hotel is located in the perfect spot for our needs. Close to Bourbon St and Canal St. as well as easy access to streetcars. The room was a bit tired and in need of a refresh. The staff here is wonderful! We especially appreciated our concierge King! He is an absolute wealth of knowledge. EVERY bit of advice he gave was spot on. I would stay here again. ”
