”My husband and I had such a wonderful stay! It was only one night, but we definitely want to come back soon. This location was perfect. Just a 10 minute drive from the first National Bank Arena, and after the concert, we went back and got drinks at the bar across the street. In the morning before we left, we went downstairs and got coffees next-door. Literally could not have been a cuter or more convenient area!”

The bathroom has heated floors! It’s a short walk to Central bbq, friendly coffee shop Otherlands - you’re a hop, skip and jump to Overton Park and the zoo! "Our first impression of the hotel was positive as Eboni in the reception was just the sweetest! When we got into the room, it was a worn out but functional. No coffee machine thou. A lot of stains on the carpets and furnitures. There seems to be a lot of personnel, but nobody (apart from the receptionist) seemed to be busy or active. Breakfast was the biggest joke - there was no coffee and only limited types of food available after 9 AM. The second morning, coffee ran out already at 8:45. Same problem with the food. There is a lof of staff, but nobody seemed to be flexible with their assignments. This leads to the fact that there were several staff members hanging around but nobody was taking care of the breakfast. Maybe this is a HR issue, but very unfortunate."
