”Chosen originally for its location to Cambridge City centre with free parking and looked good in the pictures. We arrived early so decided to take lunch there. Very inexperienced staff member behind bar led to disjointed, incorrect and undercooked orders. Not a good start and due to this we never ate there again during the stay. The manageress offered free drinks to redress the food issues and who throughout the stay was pleasant and helpful. We later established that she was not the owner and...

”Do not book here. It is closed and no one there. The owner has disappeared. I have reported to hotels.com and they need to be removed. I could not access and hotel was in darkness. Eventually got a refund but took ages to sort ! Avoid at all costs ”
