”This place had some lovely little touches to it, from the trolly cart to ferry our belongings to a receiving a welcome letter from Charlie. We had a lovely couple of days here. Spent time in the hot tub and the evenings by the fire pit after having a lovely BBQ. There were kids in the fields behind paying foot ball in what must have been their back garden which that's perfectly fine but i think the swearing shocked us a little bit. However that said we still had a lovely time. Felt sad...

”We truly enjoyed our short stay in Linton. This cottage was wonderful. We were greeted by beautiful flowers in the front! The cottage is nicely appointed with everything we needed. We appreciated the selection of teas! We also enjoyed reading the history of the ownership of the cottage, dating back to 1604. We enjoyed the coffee shop next door and The Dog and Duck down the street. The cottage was a perfect place to start our exploration of England. Thanks, Louise, for a lovely stay!”

”Bramley cottage is a recently-built (2022) bespoke 1-bed single-storey cottage ideal for a couple, and is very dog-friendly. From the cottage, there is a pleasing outlook over the orchard, the plums were in-season and being picked by visitors to the site, which now includes a cafe. The cottage is near the far end of the estate (furthest from Ashlyns Lane, and visible on Google Maps), so were were never disturbed, its a wonderfully peaceful place. "Upon check-in we asked if the room has a fridge and were told yes. This was important for medication that has to kept cool. Turned out that the room did not have a fridge (had been taken out). Contacted lobby, they kindly changed the room for upgraded one with fridge. This was on the top floor, where AC was not lowering the temp from 25 C even after three hours, too hot to sleep. Did not want to change the room again... The fridge was only up to +15 C, which was too warm for medicine, had to move that to downstairs for a real fridge. Staff was helpful and trying their best, but because all above left a feeling that things are not as they should be. Checking in was also extremely slow with long ques. Take your own towels from the room if going to gym or swimming, they do not offer these or flip-flops there. The lockers in the changing room were not working (locks)."
