”Very clean and well equipped. Short distance to seafront and bus stop 100m away for buses to Cromer & Sheringham. We had a very minor issue and the owner was brilliant, sorting it straight away and checking back. Ideal for a couple of a family.”

”A delightful cottage, that has much more room than you imagine, it is in an excellent location to explore the North Norfolk coast, with a lovely garden that our Grandson and dog ran around all day! . There were 4 adults a toddler and a lively dog, but we never felt ‘ on top of each other’ and had a such a great week we have already booked to go back. ”

”A pretty and immaculate cottage with everything you need (and didn’t know you need!). Superb comms with host who graciously dealt with the fact I’d booked the wrong day! Lovely location for exploring the North Coast with excellent recommendations from the host for eating and sightseeing. Although wet and windy this did not spoil our experience although would have liked to use the large garden more. Neighbour on hand if necessary for emergencies. ”Enjoyed our stay, cottage is welcoming and attention to detail appreciated. Very clean and everything you need is thought of. Garden is nice and well kept. Only down side is having no parking, but owner has arranged parking at nearby water park, but this was a little problematic for us. There is quite a bit of road noise as it’s on a relatively busy road, but maybe we notice it more as we live in a very rural location with no traffic and are not used to it. But would def stay again, thank you....
