”The hotel was wonderful. I was a solo traveler and felt very safe here. The concierge Amit seemed to be looking out for me. He was very helpful in everyway. I was able to walk to India Museum from this hotel as well as Saint John's Church for the Black hole of Kolkata memorial. The breakfast in the morning was very nice, although the staff did seem to have a hard time keeping everything fully stocked. I would definitely stay again.”

”I stayed here for 10 nights. It was a lovely experience. The staff was awesome/very accommodating. I also enjoyed the spa services. The only con I can think of was choppy wifi connection. Overall a great experience and I plan to return.

”Western style hotel with rather good breakfast and a bit worn rooms. Surprisingly not much traffic noise (at least to 4th floor), but some very loud religious prayer calls are totally annoying. I think the hotel should discuss with neighbours to stop them or at least limit to day time. Windows are too dark, hardly any visibility. Doorman wants to open the door and carry your bag all the time. Somebody might like it, but I would prefer to do it by my own, I am not that lazy. There is error in...
