Broken cabinet doors, drawers that don’t shut and come out on their own, AC had crap all in it, probably never cleaned, the chairs in the room were full of stains and a torn cushion that was just flipped upside down to try to hide the tear. ”The front desk clerk was kind and tried to be helpful. The property and rooms were dirty and run down. We did not use the pool so unable to comment on that.”

”We had our one year old with us and forgot to bring milk. I sent my husband to the convenience store to get some, the guy at the front desk stopped him, went to the kitchen, and gave us a whole gallon. What a treat to have staff that go above and beyond. The cleaning staff was very friendly as well. They don’t serve breakfast on the weekend until later so I was really bummed we didn’t get breakfast seeing how I searched my hotels based on breakfast included.”
