”This cottage was just what was needed for our visit to Muncie!Clean and well appointed apartment with every amenity we could ask for!Thank you so much!!”

”Everything was perfect!Thank you”

”Our second stay for a family cemetery project.Nice safety improvements since we visited - a railing on the steps to the second floor, a grab bar and mat for the tub.The atmosphere feels homey despite some quirks as a result of the home’s age.Easy stay.”

”This house was very clean and spacious. There are actually 2 twin beds in the extra living space not pictured! The master bathroom could use an update, but the space is definitely very unique. We had everything we needed and it’s in a great location! I did not receive any check in or out instructions or the door code until 30 minutes before check-in, which made me a little nervous. I had to reach out to VRBO to get ahold of the host. The numbers provided wouldn’t let me get ahold of anyone....

”Wow! This property was everything and more. The house was very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Our host provided us with drinks and coffee. We thank you for that! Communication was great! No complaints whatsoever!! Thank you for making our stay in Indiana wonderful ”

”Clean house good location.”

”This is a wonderful historic property if you're into a vintage stay. We were. The home is lovely. The only disadvantages are not having a host on-site and having to get luggage up the stairs without an elevator or bellhop assitance; there are no bedrooms on the ground floor. And being vintage, it takes quite a while to adjust the temperature to where you want it. Also, it would be helpful to have television instructions; we were never able to figure out how to get anything on the TV.”

”Great communication. Great place to stay.I would stay there again.”

”The Scholar's Cottage was one of the most well-rounded VRBO homes we've stayed in. It is a charming, old home with character, lovingly updated where it matters for comfort, in a quiet, green and safe neighborhood. The bed (King) was very comfortable, and the linens and towels were high quality. The home was very clean. Keurig coffee maker with Keurig pods in the kitchen for your morning coffee. We only spent two nights but would definitely consider staying there again if we are in RIchmond....

”The host and her family were so welcoming! Communication was amazing! I knew I could always reach out with any issues or questions. Their little farm was a huge plus for our 9-year old daughter! Will definitely stay again if in the area! ”

”Property was good for our two night stay. Had an issue with the door code but was able to get it cleared up. Beds were comfortable and clean.”

”Property was okay. Wish the pool and hot tub had been cleaner. The deck surrounding the pool has a few screws that stick up and could cause injury. There were dirty blankets and towels in the bedroom closets. It took us nearly 40mins to get into the rental because the door code wasn't sent properly. Communication with host wasn't great. There were also no check out instructions. There was a nice amount of things for kids to play with. It is close to what ever you could need. All in all it was...

”Location was great and host were very attentive to our needs.”

”Lovely, newer home in a beautiful setting in the country. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.”

”We had a great time at this 1940's built Mid-Century Modern Classic. The house architecture was amazing and the grounds are impressive. We had plenty of room inside and outside for a large group. There are several large gathering areas inside the home so lots of space to be with others or to have some time to yourself. I enjoyed the awesome stereo and my 5 year old grandson had the TV figured out and working in about 2 minutes. We were in town for a wedding and it rained on our "free" day,...

”Property was as described and communication with the host was great. Perfect stay for a college visit or long weekend in the area. Host provided shampoo, conditioner, and a new bar of soap in the bathroom. Climate control and indoor lighting remote made our stay comfortable.”

”Perfect for my mother in law and her sister! ”
