”Had to check into the bar as the doors were locked.We didn't stay the second night. We checked out as the rooms were absolutely disgusting. Which I have pictures of and going to Expedia and the Better Business Bureau with. Asked for a refund. Didn't get one as there was no manager on site. First night called down to get help as our shower head leaked and didn't work. No answer. We came back the second day our room was not even cleaned. Dirty bedsheets with stains. ”Room was clean enough. If I wanted to use kitchen items there were almost none. Cupboard door was off to the side. Bed was very comfortable. Hallways and stairs getting to the room had food and mud in places.”

”I enjoyed the mineral pools very much. The food in the restaurant was quite tasty, with fast service. The only negative is that I booked a two night stay, but had a medical emergency and left early the morning after arrival, and when I asked hotel staff if I could be re-embursed for the next night, they told me they couldn't do anything, i had to contact Expedia. When I did that, Expedia said they tried contacting the hotel and couldn't get ahold of them. I was eventually told I wouldnt be...

”Found blood on the bed sheets in my room. Tried to inform front desk over the cellphone help line they used, no answer. Left a review for management to see, no answer. Told the staff upon checkout, she thought I meant that I had left blood there and said it's okay, then finally understood that there was blood on the sheets before I got there and said she'd send bonus points my way. Bonus points of 3000 after not receiving any other answer seems to downplay how gross that way.”

Our view from the window was looking right into their storage room. That was disappointing. I believe the view we had was their pool and spa area that is no longer in service.”
